How to Measure for your StoveTopper®


Traditional Oven / Stove / Range


If you prefer StoveTopper® to sit inside the ridge (outer ledge of stove), please measure True-to-Size. 

If you prefer StoveTopper® to sit flush next to countertop, please add 1/2 inch to each side of width measurement.

 

​​​​​Products on site show the width is listed before the depth. (W x D)

Width: Measure top of stove from Left to Right (as shown in the picture below). 

Take measurements inside the ridges. 

If you have rounded corners, measure from the non-rounded starting point of corner.


Depth:
Measure top of stove from Front to Back (as shown in the picture below). Take measurements inside the ridges. ​​

NOTES:

If your measurements are less than 29.5 x 22, the topper will sit flat inside  the ridges.

If measuring for a gas stove, cooktop or range with grates, please measure the height of your burner grates.

If your stove's measurements are not listed below in our available sizes, please contact us for a custom size StoveTopper®.

How to Measure for your StoveTopper®  for Gas or Electic Cooktop
(Built-In or Island)

Width: Measure outside to outside (left to right). Add 2" to measurement. ​​
Depth: Measure outside to outside (front to back). Add 1/2" to measurement.

If measuring for a gas cooktop with grates, please measure the height of your burner grates from countertop to top of grates.
Sizes available: 1 inch, 2 inch, & 2.5 inch

Electric StoveTopper®.      Gas StoveTopper®

*Warning: StoveTopper® is not to be used as a cooking surface.

For gas stoves,StoveTopper® only be used on models with electronic ignition (starters). Not to be used on gas stove models with pilot light burner ignition.
